The Marlowe Society of America is pleased to invite abstracts for our 9th International Conference, to take place at Goldsmiths, University of London (near Deptford) from 9 to 12 July 2024. Hosted by MSA President Lucy Munro, the conference will feature an opening reception at the Deptford Town Hall, a workshop at Shakespeare’s Globe, and a closing banquet. We hope you will join us—and participate.
Papers should be no more than fifteen minutes in length and present original research on any topic concerning the works of Christopher Marlowe. We welcome proposals for individual papers and complete panels. Please send the following by email to the conference Program Chair, David McInnis, University of Melbourne: mcinnisd@unimelb.edu.au:
For individual papers, an abstract of 250–300 words;
For panels of three 15-min papers, a 1000-word (max) proposal, including abstracts of the individual papers and a 200-word overview of the panel.
The deadline for submission of abstracts is Friday, 16 February 2024. Conference registration will open Friday, 1 March 2024.
